How can I register for the LHV Women's Run?
You can register for LHV Women's Run in Customer Portal.

Is it possible to run the LHV Women's Run virtually?
Yes! LHV Women's Run takes place from 1- 31 May 2023.

What happens if the LHV Womans' Run does not take place?
If the event cannot take place in the usual way, you can:
- ask for a refund of the participation fee
- take part in the Virtual LHV Women's Run
- transfer the participation to the same distance of the LHV Women's Run in 2024

What is registration protection?
Registration protection is now included in the price for all registrations. If the event will be cancelled, you can choose between three options:
- we will refund you 100%
- we will transfer your participation to Virtual LHV Women's Run
- we will transfer participation to LHV Women's Run 2024

Do I need to create account in customer portal to register?
No, but creating an account in customer portal offers several benefits such as:
- possibility to re-register for another distance
- possibility to re-register your registration to someone else
- you can see where have you registered
- access to all your invoices
- faster and easier registration in the future
- you will see the history of your results

If I register as a group, does all the participants have the have same distance?
No. Each participant can choose the distance of their choice.

How can I re-register to another distance?
Re-registration is possible until May 6, 2023 in Customer Portal.
To re-register:
- log into the Costomer Portal
- select "my registrations" from the menu
- select "change distance"
- select a new distance
- pay re-registration fee
Re-registration no later than 22 April is free of charge. If you change the distance from one distance to another, you need to pay the difference.
From 23 April re-registration can be done for an additional fee 10 € + difference between participation fees.

What happens if I can't attend?
If you are unable to participate, it is possible to transfer you participation to someone else. Re-registration can be done in Customer Portal.
To change your name:
- log into the Customer Portal
- select "my registrations" from the menu
- select "change participant"
- fill in the fields for the new participant
- a link will be emailed to the new entrant confirming the re-registration and paying the re-registration fee
Re-registration can be done until 06.05.2023.
Re-registration before 22.04.2023 is without additional fee.
