Running in Narva – celebrating movement since 2011
Since 2011, Narva City Run (formerly known as Narva Energiajooks) has been a major celebration of movement for locals and visitors alike. Each year, the start line welcomes experienced runners, casual joggers, families, and youth — all united by a shared joy of moving and being part of something uplifting.
The next edition takes place on June 6, 2026, with four exciting race options, offering something for every fitness level:
▶︎ Half Marathon
This 21.1 km course takes you through some of Narva’s most scenic locations. It’s the perfect challenge for endurance runners — and in 2026, the event will also host the Estonian Half Marathon Championships, attracting the nation’s top athletes to Narva’s streets.
▶︎ 5K Run & Walk
The 5 km distance is open to both runners and walkers. Come solo, with friends, or as a family – this one is all about participation. Enjoy the festive atmosphere and take in the sights and sounds of a vibrant summer day in Narva.
▶︎ 1 Mile (1609 m)
Back for the second year, the 1-mile race is a thrilling experience for runners and spectators alike. In 2025, Helen Bell (Sparta Sports Club) set a new Estonian road mile record here with a time of 5:05.44. Ready to see what you're capable of?
▶︎ Limpa Kids’ Run
We haven’t forgotten our youngest runners! The Limpa Kids' Run is designed for children up to 12 years old, offering a fun and energizing experience on a safe course. Every child is a winner — and every child goes home with a medal.
▶︎ Narva City Run is more than a race — it’s a celebration of movement, joy, and community.
Kick off your summer with a memorable experience: join thousands of participants, bring your friends or family, or take to the course to prove something to yourself.
