You can collect your bib on:

Friday, 5th of June from 17:30 – 19:30 from secretariat in Narva College
Saturday, 6th of June from 8:00 from secretariat located in the Joaoru recreation area.
The issuing of starting materials ends 15 minutes before the start.
NB! To receive your staring materials, you need to know your start number.

• Start
- The start for the Mile Run is at 19:00 in Narva Town Hall Square (June, 5)
- The start for the 21K distance is at 10:00 in Joaoru (June, 6)
- The start for the 5K distance is at 13:00 in Joaoru (June, 6)
MyFitness warm-up starts at 9:50 for the 21K start and at 12:50 for the 5 km start.
START GROUPS
- The mile run has two start groups: A and B. The start group is indicated on the race number.
- The 21 km race also has two start groups: A and B. The start group is indicated on the race number.
- The 5 km race has one start group.

• BIB and time keeping
The starting number must be attached to the front of the shirt and must be visible throughout the race.
Distances are timed with a chip attached to the back of the starting number. The chip must not be removed from the back of the number and folding the number is strictly prohibited. When crossing the finish line, do not cover the number with your hand (to stop the watch), otherwise your result may not be fixed.

• Medical information
Please fill out the medical information form on the back of your race number to ensure quick and accurate action by the first aid team in case of a health issue.

• Changing facilities and gear check
At the competition centre you can get dressed and leave your personal belongings. Only items that have been packed in a bag will be accepted. Loose items/clothes will not be accepted. Gear check is free of charge.
June, 5 – Gear check and changing rooms are located in the Narva College.
June, 6 - Gear check and changing rooms are located in the Joaoru recreation area.

• Washing facilities
Washing is possible based on the start number at:
- Narva Eesti Gümnaasium.

• Course 5K, 21K
- There is one refershment station on the 5K route and three refershment stations on the 21K route, where you can get water and Artic Sport sports drink from cups of the reusable packaging provider company Ringo. After use, the cup must be placed in the designated collection box
- Only participants with a BIB are allowed on the course. Unauthorised persons are not allowed on the course.
- Participating with baby strollers or pets is not permitted.
- For safety reasons, participants must obey the instructions of traffic controllers and judges.

• Finish
June, 5 - finish will be located at Narva Town Hall Square
June, 6 - finish will be located at Joaoru recreation area.
After the finish, do not stop, but continue along the finish corridor. After the finish all participants will be given a medal, Kalev bar and a bottle of:
- Mile run - Vitamineral Power
- 5K - Vitamineral Hydration
- 21K - Arctic Sport Green Apple and Aura water still

Winners in the 21.1 km age groups can pick up their award from the race office.

• Limpa Kids' Race
The Limpa Kid's races will take place on Sunday, June 6 in Joaorg. The length of the distance is approx. 300 m and children aged 2-12 years (including) are welcome to participate.
Limpa Kid's races are FREE. All participants receive a medal and a Limpa drink at the finish line!
Pre-registration is available in the Customer Portal until Friday, June 5 at 17:00. Pre-registered children will receive their starting number on the day of the competition from the children's area.
