1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. Welcome Run is part of Swedbank Tallinn Marathon and takes place on 11.09.2026.
1.2. Organiser: Spordiürituste Korraldamise Klubi and partners.

2. PARTICIPANTS
2.1. Participation is at one’s own risk (for underage participants, the risk of their parents).
2.2 Children up to 12 years, may participate only with parent or accompanier. -
3. START – FINISH
3.1. Start and finish are located in the park next to the Kadriorg Palace.
3.2. Only registered participants with Welcome Run BIBs are allowed to enter the starting corridor.3.3. Welcome Run is not timed.
3.4. After finishing participants will receive the beverage.

4. COURSE
4.1. The course runs through light traffic roads of the Kadriorg Park.
4.2 The course is a 2.6 km lap in Kadriorg Park, which can be completed several times.
4.3. The course is open from 18.30 to 20.00
4.4 The course can be completed by running, walking or nordic walking at your on pace.

5. REGISTRATION
5.1. Online registration is open in Customer Portal at www.jooks.ee until 11.09.2026 at 12:00. On-the-spot registration is available during the competition week in the race office and on Friday September 11th at the start-finish area from 17:00 to 18:15.
5.2. To register, fill in the registration form.5.3. The participant's name will be added to the start list after payment of the participation fee.

6. RE-REGISTRATION
6.1. There will be no re-registration from the Welcome Run to other distances.

7.1. In case of cancellation of the Welcome Run for reasons beyond the control of the organisers (force majeure) and in case of withdrawal of the competitor, the entry fee will not be refunded.

9. MEDICAL AID
9.1. Medical aid is available along the course, if needed.
9.2. If you see someone at the course who needs help, please inform the medical staff or organising personnel on the course or by calling 112. -
10. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISER
10.1. The organisers have the right to use photos and videos taken at the event.
10.1. By registering and paying the starting fee, the participant:
10.2.1 agrees with these rules and regulations, and the conditions provided by the organiser;
10.2.2 agrees that their personal data is used according to the laws and regulations;
10.2.3 agrees that an e-mail with relevant information for the participant (the participant’s manual) is sent to them before the event;
10.2.4 confirms that they have had sufficient training and they are healthy enough to take part in the sports event. -
